Modern Balance is now accepting Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. For those out-of-network, don't worry! We can whip up a superbill for reimbursement. At Modern Balance Integrative Therapy, we look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. Together, we may explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, physical well-being, personal values, and the patterns shaping your everyday life.

Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on the support and pace that feel right for you.

Workshops, groups, and retreats are offered on a private-pay basis. Because these experiences focus on education, personal growth, connection, and whole-person wellness rather than the diagnosis or treatment of a mental-health condition, they are not submitted to insurance.

Registration fees vary by offering and may include facilitation, program materials, guided activities, and other resources designed to support your experience.

Integrative Workshops & Wellness Programs

Whether you join us online or in person, our workshops, retreats, and wellness programs are designed to support what matters most to you.

At Modern Balance Integrative Therapy, we believe growth can happen in many different ways. You may be looking for practical tools, thoughtful guidance, or meaningful connection without beginning individual therapy.

Offerings may include programs such as Boundaries Without Guilt, Reset and Restore, Living Well With Chronic Illness, Caregiver Sustainability Circle, Wonderfully Wired Parent Workshops, Compassionate Communication, Couples Connection, and Creating Your Personal Wellness Plan.

Each experience provides a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and explore realistic ways to create greater balance in everyday life. Programs may include education, guided reflection, conversation, mindfulness, gentle movement, and practical tools you can continue using after the experience ends.

You do not need a mental-health diagnosis or an existing relationship with a therapist to participate. You are welcome to engage at your own pace and share only what feels comfortable.
